Details
We'll diagnose the problem with your computer and advise you on the actions you need to take to get your problem resolved. If you chose for us to fix your problem after diagnosing it, we'll waive the diagnostic fee.
We'll clean and dust the inside of your computer. This will ensure your computer will run cooler and last longer. We recommend having you computer cleaned at least once every 6 months to keep it in optimal running condition.

Take the hassle out of computer setup. We'll ensure that only the programs you want to run are installed and your computer has all the latest updates.
Upgrading memory is the easiest way to speed up your computer. We'll ensure you receive the correct memory and install it for you.

DATA BACKUP
Data Recovery / Data TransferWe can recover you data as long as the hard drive is not completly dead. We can transfer data from a old hard drive to a new hard drive too. This is great for when you get that new computer. *If we can't get your data, we can go through one of our partners, DriveSavers or Gillware. It will cost significanly more but we can save you some money if you go through us instead of directly.
We'll setup and automate your backups to a second hard drive on your computer or a hard drive attached to your network(NAS) that you own. You should always backup important files such as documents, pictures, music, videos and more. You'll never have to worry about losing data again. Don't wait until it's too late.
One time backup on up to 1 DVD or 4.7GB. This is great if you have a new computer without many files.
One time backup on up to 2 DVD's or 9.4GB. This is great if you have a new computer with some of your favorite software installed.

One time backup on as many DVD's as it takes or an external hard drive that you own.
SECURITY SETUP
Standard Security SetupWe'll install antivirus and antispyware onto your PC. This ensures your PC is running smoothly.

Computer CheckupWe'll ensure your operating system, software and security are up to date and there are no problems with your computer. You also get a free computer cleaning with your checkup.
Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal & Repair
We'll remove all viruses, spyware and malware. We'll also repair any damages that have been done to the operating system and registry. As a security measure we'll ensure your computer is up to date. There are some instances when a virus can damage too many files. If that's the case we'll have to re-install the OS. This does not change the price.

* Backup is limited to 5 DVDs, an external hard drive that you have to provide or a USB drive that you have to provide. It's $1.00 for each additional DVD.
